style(frontend):优化K线图和市场组件的拖拽体验

- 在 KLineChart 组件中添加 --wails-draggable:no-drag 样式，禁止拖拽
- 在 Market 组件中调整拖拽样式应用位置，提高用户体验
- 优化 Market 组件的模板结构，移除冗余样式
