* Improve [UI/UX] [Chat] "fillTemplateWith"

- [+] feat(chat.ts): add DEFAULT_MODELS to modelConfig
- [+] fix(chat.ts): replace replaceAll with regex in output string replacement
- [+] refactor(chat.ts): use const instead of let for cutoff variable
