3. Paid Subscription Services
- Our subscription services are billed on a monthly/annual basis. Don't worry, the fees are clearly laid out on the checkout page.
- All payments go through third-party payment platforms (like Stripe, PayPal). Rest assured, we never store your payment info.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel before your current billing cycle ends.
- Our 14-Day Refund Policy: First-time subscribers, if you're not stoked with our service within 14 days of purchase, you can totally apply for a full refund. Just hit us up at the contact email at the end of these Terms and let us know why you're not happy. Each user gets one refund chance, so use it wisely! After 14 days or for non-first-time subscribers, payments are non-refundable unless legally required.
4. Content Use & Intellectual Property
- All original content on this Site is copyrighted by hubtoday. You totally can't copy, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without our permission.
- Users get a non-exclusive, non-transferable access right to this content. It's for your personal learning and reading enjoyment only.
- For any commercial use or extensive quoting, please reach out to us for authorization.
5. User Conduct Guidelines
- Users are strictly prohibited from uploading, posting, or distributing any illegal, harassing, false, offensive, or rights-infringing content.
- It's also a no-go to use technical means to bulk download, scrape, or crack member content.
- This Site reserves the right to remove inappropriate content and ban violating users.
6. Service Changes & Interruptions
- We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate any part or all of our services at any time, without prior notice.
- This Site will not be liable for compensation if content is temporarily inaccessible due to force majeure, server failures, or third-party service interruptions.
