- All payments are processed through third-party payment platforms (like Stripe, PayPal). We don't store your payment info.
- Subscriptions will automatically renew unless you cancel before your current billing cycle ends.
- Unless legally required or specified otherwise in a particular promotion, all payments are non-refundable after they're made.
4. Content Usage & Intellectual Property
- All original content is copyrighted by the Site. You can't copy, repost, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.
- Users get a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access content for personal learning and reading only.
- If you want to use content for commercial purposes or quote large portions, please get in touch with us for authorization.
5. User Conduct Guidelines
- Don't upload, post, or spread any content that's illegal, harassing, false, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.
- No mass downloading, scraping, or cracking membership content using technical means.
- We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and ban users who violate these rules.
6. Service Changes & Interruptions
- We reserve the right to change, suspend, or terminate any part or all of our services at any time, without prior notice.
- If content becomes temporarily unavailable due to force majeure, server issues, or third-party service interruptions, the Site won't be held responsible for any compensation.

- The Site isn't responsible for any direct or indirect losses users might incur from using the Site's content or services.
8. Governing Law
- These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
- Any disputes arising from or related to these terms should first be resolved amicably between both parties. If we can't work it out amicably, you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Santa Clara County, California.
