- Don't upload, post, or spread any content that's illegal, harassing, false, offensive, or infringes on others' rights.
- Nope, no mass downloading, scraping, or cracking our member content using any technical tricks.
- We reserve the right to remove inappropriate content and ban users who break the rules.

- We reserve the right to change, suspend, or stop any or all of our services at any time without telling you beforehand.
- If content is temporarily unavailable due to things beyond our control, server issues, or third-party service outages, we won't be held responsible for any compensation.

- For any squabbles stemming from or related to these terms, we both agree to try and sort things out amicably through negotiation first. If that doesn't work, you agree to take it to the courts with jurisdiction in Santa Clara County, California.
